The fact that Brian May uses these guitar strings means they must be good. Certainly enhances the look of the BMG Super.

Received my gold strings and BMG special - I'm no expert but they look and feel amazing!

Worth using the same strings as the maestro 26 November 2022 | Anthony
This is the second set of these strings I've used on my BMG and they are wonderful.
Strangely for strings, they seem to get better with age and improve after a few plays. I'm tempted to try them on a few of my other guitars too but be assured they are a perfect match for your Red Special.

These strings are the best strings that I have ever had. I have tried many different brands of strings over the years and I just love the tone and the feel of these strings. I bought this set for my uncle who, having played my guitar that had these strings on and loved them, asked me to buy him a set which is now on his guitar. Brilliant... what more can I say.

I went to the NAMM Show in California in 2019 hoping for a new endorsement from a certain string maker. I happened upon Optima Strings and Eduardo Del Signore. The guys from Optima have come up with a set of strings that are untouched in comparison. The quality and durability is far superior to ANY strings I have ever tried and I have tried them all. They feel springy and comfortable. My hands never get tired when I am playing any guitar strung up with the 24K Gold Brian May Strings.
